Licence Key is not accepted
Recently, the repairman had to reinstall the o/s Win 11 and when I reinstalled Moneydance , it keeps saying the key is invalid.

License keys are version specific. I suspect you have installed the latest release and your license is for an older version.
If you tell us the first 4 characters of your license key we should be able to tell you the version it is for.
