I have seen past discussions about this, but only enlarges everything else but the register? Please advise. Thank you.

Did you restart Moneydance after making the change? Not all changes are dynamic, some need something to force a redraw of the Window in order to see the effect.

It works. then doesn't work? This really needs addressing, now!

That does not make sense. The only thing that comes to mind is that something has happened to the configuration file. It is called config.dict and is in the .moneydance folder underneath your login. You can try renaming it.

Moneydance will start as a new install so you have to navigate to the account set and open it, enter you license etc. but you can test appearance changes and can always revert to the old file by renaming it.

You can navigate to File->Preferences->Appearance as outlied here, then at the bottom of the window you can adjust your Font Type/Size and by clicking on the the drop-down menu, select +1,+2 etc, as required. Click 'OK' and restart Moneydance to implement the changes.

Please keep us posted on your progress, Thank you!

    Just a thought…..

I notice you are not using the default font. What happens if you swap to the default or another font on your system?
