Importing multiple accounts from Quicken QIF file
Moneydance does not seem to import multiple Bank Accounts from a Quicken QIF file.

I am sorry I have not responded to your sooner. If you have not already read the following knowledge base article you may find it helpful:

It might be that you have not set the "import to:" option to "New Account" on the qif import window.
