Currently selected transaction is hidden/blank

When I select a saved transaction I can't see any data in the fields. Makes it almost impossible to use the register. This doesn't effect all accounts.

    I updated from 2021 to 2024.2 and this didn't resolve the issue. This is the only reason I updated the application as 2021 was working beside this annoyance.

    Stange, I have not seen any other reports of this type of issue.
    It may help others to help you if you post.
    Your computer operating system.
    Confirm the Version/Build of Moneydance e.g. 2024.2(5172)
    The Theme you are using under FILE – PREFERENCES – APPEARANCE tab.
    If possible, take a screen shot of a transaction then select this save transaction and take another screen shot.
    Close and reopen Moneydance perform select a save transaction to show the issue then HELP – CONSOLE WINDOW and the SAVE and post the file you create.

    MD Version: 2024.2 (5172)
    O/S: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
    Running O/S in Virtual Box w/ WIN10 Host.
    Theme: All selections are listed as Default. I have never made any changes to appearance. I changed to classic but the issue is still present.
    Odd thing is not all account registers have this issue. 4 of my 13 accounts have this issue.
    See attached image of a selected transaction. I'm not in the transaction just selected with the mouse.
    This issue followed me from release 2021 to 2024.

    Installed MD on WIN10, imported my data via back-up file and issue is not present.

    Uninstalled from Ubuntu and deleted existing data files. Reinstalled MD and imported back-up data. Issue still present.

    Someone may be able to help if as I suggested you close and reopen Moneydance perform select a save transaction to show the issue then HELP – CONSOLE WINDOW and the SAVE and post the file you create.

    All I can add is that on my Linux Feron OS computer is I don’t see the issue you are having.
