Cant Update

I am trying to pay for a recent update my Moneydance as I have run out of free test entries but when I reach the update page to make the payment I am instructed to complete "the form below" There is no form on the page. My registration number reports that I am eligible for the update.

   I have tried getting to the form from https://infinitekind.com/update using both Firefox and Edge and can only say it is working for me.

   Thank you DWG. I am using Chrome on W11.
   Could there be a setting in Chrome I need to change?

   Do you have access to another browser? That might be the simplest fix.

   If you have Windows 11 it means you must have Edge, I would try using that.

   For what it is worth Browse problems on sites is not all that unusual, it is often a good idea to have two browsers installed, preferable based on different engines in case you have a problem.
