I can't launch Moneydance
I went to launch Moneydance and it opens to a screen that says "Welcome to Moneydance". Where is my information? I've been using Moneydance since 2016.

It is probably that something has happened to the Moneydance configuration file config.dict.
When that happens, Moneydance starts as if it is a new installation. So Moneydance has started, it just has not opened your last used data file.
If your data files are in the default locations it should in the list on the right-hand side and you can double-click on it, if not you will need to use the Open Other indicator at the bottom of the Window and navigate to your file.
It is likely you will have to reenter your license key.

I double clicked on my checking account. I see my checking account but don't see my savings account. Also, there is $0 in my checking account.

I"m not getting the option to use the "Open Other" indicator at the bottom any longer. When I click on the Moneydance icon, it opens to all the bank accounts I've ever put into Mondydance and none have any money showing.

It sounds like you opened the wrong data file.
The open Other only comes up on the welcome screen.
You can either use the money menu command Open => Other to look for more data files or the option Window => Wecome to Moneydance takes you to that initial screen.

I got to the Welcome to Moneydance window and clicked Open other. That takes me to my files on my computer but I can’t click on any of them.

I would suggest you install the Toolbox extension and use the option in it to find all datasets and backups that you have, then you should know exactly what options you have.
