Incorrect Account Balance on reconciliation

While reconciling the bank account, I needed to edit a deposit. After doing when I choose balance account, the beginning balance is incorrect. How do I correct this?

    The beginning balance is a calculated number, if it does not match the balance of the last closing statement balance it is a pointer to there being an error in the register.
