Where is my licence key?
I can't find my licence key in Moneydance.

I had the same problem today. Hopefully you save your email. The licence key is in an email from BMT Micro Orders, Subject Moneydance Product Information.

Thank you for your response. I finally clicked on the lost key section in the right hand column and customer service emailed it to me.
I think that it's strange that it's on embedded in my help or about sections of Moneydance.

Just for reference it is fine to email [email blocked] for lost keys as well. We have access to the BMTmicro database and can retrieve keys for you. I am sorry i did not respond yesterday. I am out in the woods in rural Virginia and the T1 line went down for 24hours.
