Refund

Support folks,
I just purchased MoneyDance a couple of hours ago and have been struggling unsuccessfully, with the help of Presidential Bank and TD Ameritrade support staff, to make a Direct Connection. I'm frustrated and would like a refund, please. I purchased MoneyDance for $49.99 through the Apple App Store.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Frank,
Apple requires that you go through the Mac App Store's refund process to receive money back from purchases made through that service. We unfortunately cannot authorize the refund for App Store purchases on our end; you will have to go through their process on their site at http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/
If they're unwilling to give you a refund for some reason, please let us know and we'll be happy to try to get you up and running with Moneydance!
