Yes Md handles multiple accounts from the same financial
institution. I have 4 accounts with Fidelity, all accessed with the
same UID/Password.
Make certain you have the proper account #'s entered in the Edit
Account window. (Account > Edit Account...)
I'm at a loss. Perhaps if you disable both accounts and then
re-enable them in a different order?
I hope one of the moderators here can help you.
I think I'll try that

jsfredericktag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/15313112010-04-25T01:01:58Z2010-04-25T01:02:40ZProblems with eTrade

Your accounts are not mapped properly (in other words, one
E*Trade account is pointing to each of your Moneydance
accounts).

Disable the Online Set-up for the problem accounts. Then you
will need to re-enable them. Once you have entered your ID and
Password click Ok and wait (do not click next). You need to see a
window that will display - "Please choose the account you wish to
you" - which are your E*Trade accounts listed in a drop down list.
If you bypass this window - your Moneydance Account will map to the
first account on this list. Sometimes you will need to just wait
for this window to pop-up as it can take several seconds. If you
click next you will likely bypass this important window. Believe me
I am speaking from experience.
