Problems with TIAA-CREF Direct Connect
Has anyone else experienced problems with Direct Connect to TIAA-CREF annuities? (Not their brokerage). I lost the ability for direct connection in early April. After a lot of back and forth, they have mentioned that they made some security changes and cut off quicken access which was then restored. They may need to do the same for MD and are looking into it.
At the moment when trying to fetch information from TIAA-CREF after selecting it in the list of FI downloaded from IK, MD locks up and hangs and has to be force quit. Having to force quit MD makes me feel queasy.
They say that they haven't had any other folks from MD calling. In fact the last issue with MD was back in November. If others are having problems let me know and I will put you in touch with the person handling this. They are being very helpful on this and we spent the morning having them capture the attempted connection system.

I have had the same problem. As of today (5/16) OFX downloads/direct connect is working for me with TIAA. Hope it lasts!
