Problem with Quote Loader

For the last couple of weeks I Quote Loader hasn't been able to download investment prices. See attached. When it runs I get a message saying there were 23 errors,

I just downloaded the latest Quote Loader and it did seem to get prices but it didn't update the securities in my database. The last update was 5/2.

   Hi Kevin C

   You should be able to update Quote Loader to 321706 under Extensions.
   Try that build.

   Hi Kevin C

   My suggestion too update Quote Loader to 321706 under Extensions was based on your screenshot which shows you to be running 321402.
   I set up a test Data Set that includes the first 2 securities in your screenshot.
   As you can see 321706 worked for me.

   I did update to 321706, see the screenshot below. When I click Get Prices, yes it gets the prices, see screenshot, but after I close Quote Loader and go look at the first security, American Balanced, it still only has the 5/2 price of $35.45 not the new, current price of $35.24 dated 5/19.

   It is NOT updating MoneyDance's current price like it used to. And yes i do have the Update MoneyDance Current Price checkbox check in the Quote Loader parameters.

   I am experiencing the same issue. As with Kevin C, my "Last price" also shows 05/02/2025. I've installed the 321706 update, but the issue remains.

   Clicking "Get prices" successfully retrieves updated prices, but clicking "Save changes" does not retain the updates. This applies to both ZAR and USD currencies.

   Hi Kevin C and leonard.

   Neither of you are completing the process.
   Once you have used GET PRICES to retrieve prices you need to select the lines to save or if you want to save all lines click SELECT ALL LINES then save the lines by clicking SAVE SELECTED LINES.

   I looks lick you are both new to Quote Loader so take a look at the PDF “Quote Loader V2 Extension Moneydance 2022 to 2024 V12.2” attached to post 183 at https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/investments/7595-quo...
   To get an overview take a look at the YouTube videos by using the links on page 1 and 2 of the PDF.

   The Quick Start Video is intended to give a quick overview so the user can see if Quite loader looks like it could work for them. The Short Video expands the user’s knowledge giving more detail. The Full Video goes even further but may be too wordy for some.

   The PDF reinforces what’s leaned in the videos, provides step by step instructions, a must read and provide answers on how to handle less obvious issues some users may come across.

   I followed the steps you suggested, and Quote Loader retrieved the missing price information for the securities. i.e. updated the current price and daily prices since 2025/05/02. Hopefully the automated price update will work normally again.

   Well I followed your steps and it did work. However, this must be new to this version. I've been using Quote Loader for at least a year and have NEVER once had to click select or save. It did it automatically. We'll see if the auto update works as it should Saturday.
