Future Payments

When I download a future payment that I initiated on my bank's
website it does not appear in the account"s register. But if I go
to ONLINE>ONLINE BILL PAY the payment appears in the outbox as
"will process". Is this normal?
Any help would be appreciated.

PS-By not appearing in the register as a future payment it is
difficult to keep the correct balance.

Paul,
You can set up a scheduled transaction by Click Tools->Reminders... Click "New Transaction Reminder" . From here you should be able to set up the future payment as it appears from your bank and auto commit. This should automatically create an entry in both account registers when you want it to.
If this doesn't work, please let us know.

All transaction have an entry in 2 registers. One for each side. The above will automatically create an entry in both account registers.
