Printing reports

I am trying to print reports. I see all of the data I want to print, but when printing, the pdf or print version only includes a few dark lines, no data, and only the heading. This is a new problem I have not had before please advise. I have included a pdf of the account balances report, and the same thing has happened with income and expense reports both summary and detail.

   The data is there. White on white (etc)

   Eg B of A Checking $ xxx

   Are you using custom MD colours?

   Could you please let us know which version of Moneydance you're currently using?

   To check, open Moneydance and select Moneydance --> About Moneydance, where the version and build number will be displayed.

   We would recommend installing the latest version, as this should fix the problem for you.

   Moneydance 2024.4 (5253) is available for downloading from this page.

   This is a free upgrade for you!

   You should choose to overwrite or manually uninstall the previous version.

   Finally, (if you haven't already) to register Moneydance when you see your register, you should navigate to Help --> Register Moneydance to enter your license key. This will remove the trial limitations.

   Thank you, that seems to have solved the issue. I am able to get a readable report.
   This version is registered. Maybe I missed that step on the last update.

   Thanks again. Moneydance is a great product and so much easier to work with than Quickbooks or some of the other finance programs for us mere mortal non accountant types.
