User guide...
Before buying licence, I was trying making some entries, in each category, like Bank, Cash on Hand, Investment in Stock, Mutual Funds, etc. However, in Investment part I did not find way out to enter the details of the stock/Shares I am holding. After entering few details in each category I wanted to see the result. But due to Investment part, I am not able to understand how to do it to find the outcome. Please assist. Once I find the result I would go for buying licence.

The User Guide takes the form of an online Knowledge Base which is structured much like a manual, the entry point is:
https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb
Investment accounts function quite differently to the other accounts, which given their nature is understandable.
Look to the investment part of the Knowledge Base.
https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/investment-accounts
Adding shares is a multi-part process, basically the share definition has to be created, this is then associated with the investment account that you want to have that stock in, and then you can enter your holdings and transactions.
The articles describe the process.

To be more explicit
In that investment account, go to the securities tab and "add security"
Use the button on the upper right for "new security" to define the security
Create an initial transaction of buyxfr (buy on transfer) and set the category to something that will be your initial value of the stock. (When converting from quicken MD chose the category of "StockX")
For this transaction enter the basis price and shares for the stock.
You can then link to most brokerages to download a history of transactions back as far as the brokerage will allow.
(NOT IK support)
