Program fereezes

All of the sudden when I attempt to select reconcile the program freezes. I cannot minimize the screen or interact in any way with the app. Thanks!

   Install/launch toolbox extension. It will probably advise about duff window locations and offer the fix.

   Under Extensions I do not see Toolbox as an option. Can you offer some additional guidance?

   What version of MD?
   Look in extensions menu, manage extensions, available, toolbox, install?

   That's where I was looking. I see all described except Toolbox.

   You MD version is tool old for toolbox

   You will have to close MD, find MD's config.dict file, rename it, then relaunch MD..

   Launch MD, find the windows menu. Then launch Moneybot. In the snippet window paste this code:

   x=["gui.is_maximized-reconcile_win", "gui.prereconcile_location", "gui.prereconcile_size", "gui.winloc-reconcile_win", "gui.winloc-split_editor", "gui.winsize-reconcile_win"]
   prefs=moneydance.getPreferences()
   for p in x:
    print prefs.getSetting(p, "<not set>")
    prefs.setSetting(p,None)
   for p in x:
    print prefs.getSetting(p, "<not set>")
   moneydance.savePreferences()
   

   Then click run snippet (not run).

   Now try reconcile again

   The cost of an upgrade for an existing direct user is half of the new license cost.

   Copies purchased from the App stores are not upgradable.
