Downloading Problems

Hi,
I downloaded Moneydance and then I received a pop up that said my WinZip for Mac had expired and I needed to purchase a new version, so I did that and downloaded the new win zip. When I proceeded to download the moneydance application from the infinite kind site, it gets locked in the winzip and will not open?...suggestions...?

Hello,
On the modern Mac operating systems, you shouldn't need a program like WinZip to open a zip file. All you should have to do is to double click on the downloaded file to expand the archive.
It is also possible that the program you are using is trying to open the zip file before the download has actually finished, which seems to happen on Macs occasionally with large downloads. Can you try right clicking on the download link, choosing the "save file as" option (or whatever option has similar wording depending on the web browser you are using), selecting a place to save the download, and waiting until the download is complete before trying to open the downloaded file. The download may take several minutes, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
