Sync basically doesn't work
Hi,
Just received an iPad. Followed instructions and, after making sure no apostrophes, sync seems to be enabled. However the problem is: it basically doesn't sync, I add a new transaction and, 12 hours later, it's still not added to my desktop (despite being on the whole time) or iPhone version. Desktop transactions will sync to iPad without a probelm. I sync via wifi because I just don't trust one app to have access to all my dropbox folders. I hope this is fixed because other than some minor thing (no budgets and limited mobile functionality) I think your app is the best cross-platform app. I hope this is fixed, maybe a manual sync?

Hi jbh212,
I'm sorry for our extremely delayed response! Somehow your message slipped through the cracks.
Can you send us the output of your console log? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance, then clicking the "Copy to clipboard" button and pasting the output to us here.
Also, can you send me a screenshot of your File -> Syncing window? Here's how to take a screenshot in Mac OS X:
