Moneydance Support
How long does it take for Moneydance Support to reply to a request for help? I sent several queries this morning and haven't received a reply, even though the website says "may take a few moments". After waiting 2 hours for an online reply, I gave up. Has anyone else had this problem?

They state they aim to respond within 24 hours.
It is not online support as such, there are not people there just waiting for queries. It is forum support so it is like email exchanges.

If you want other users to try to assist, post in open forum but redact any sensitive information.

Although the support team do not provide live chat or support via the phone, we aim to respond to your initial message within 24 hours, and after that we'll get back to you as quickly as we can. We are a very small team operating world-wide and this kind of service simply wouldn't be feasible.
Please find the same reply below:
In order to remove the connection, open Moneydance and select Online > Set Up Moneydance +->Accounts to view your linked accounts.
Select 'Connected' on the right, and choose 'Disconnect' to remove the connection. Finally restart Moneydance.
