can't open
I just purchased Money Dance today. I was using the trial version and then I purchased and registered. I can't open it anymore. It says can'y open Money Dance -1712 or maybe it was -1721

I can't find my key code!!! I paid for moneydance last year and want to upgrade, but can't figure out how to do that without the code. I never received a cd for moneydance. I downloaded it on line.
Please help!!

There have been a couple of reports of the 1712 error message in the past. It is a mac error message rather than a moneydance error message and we are not certain of the cause. It might be that Moneydance has crashed and is running in the background. If this is the case restart your computer. If that doesn't help try dragging the program to the trash and then downloading it again.

I have not been able to find you in our database with the email address provided or with any of the names you have listed. Do you think you might have used a different email address or name? did you purchase it directly through the Moneydance website or through some other website?
