downloading transactions from TD Bank does not include deposits
Hi: All works fine except that a monthly pension payment coming from Fidelity is not being downloaded. When I go to my account on td back website I see the deposit, but when I download transactions it never shows up in the register. I'm a new user so using the latest code, 2010R3 Build751. Hope someone can help me. I just switched from 10yrs of using quicken, and really like the way moneydance works.

Don,
This is unusual. Are you using direct connect or downloading and importing a file (QIF, OFC, OFX, etc) from your bank's website? Has this transactions downloaded properly in the past, or has it never worked properly? Would you please also let me know what OS and version of Java you are running?

Angie: I am using direct connect and this has happened for one transaction only so far, It was the monthly pension deposit. I am runing on mac osx 10.6.3, Java Preferences, 13.2.0

Are you certain that the deposit had cleared at the time you initiated the download?
Please try the download again. This time before you start the download select Help->Console Window and then do the download. Please copy and paste the output from the console window to this discussion. Do this by pressing the "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom of the console window.

I think what happened is it was still a pending transaction when i first tried the download. Then later, after it cleared at the bank, I tried the download again, and it never came in. This pension payment comes in at the beginning of the month, so I'll follow your steps at the beginning of july, and will let you know what happens.
