cannot download from my bank
Citizens Bank does not download to Moneydance. Moneydance
support has only replied once and it was not helpful. I have
written back twice and get no response. Therefore, can anyone tell
me if I have any options. I can download the info into my
downloads, but I do not know if there is a way to get it into
Moneydance. If no one can help, can anyone tell me how to get a
refund. There is no info at all on their website.

I apologize for the delayed response to your query. I believe Jessica has responded to you earlier this morning on your private thread with instructions for connecting to your bank account.
If you decide you would like a refund, you can request one by sending the request, as well as the name and email address you used to make your purchase, to [email blocked]
