I am a new MD 2010r3 (751) user. I am running Windows XP Pro SP3. One behavior I noticed in MD is that in drop down menus of accounts, securities, etc, the items I select are blackened out so I cannot read what I have selected. Items I have not selected remain readable (black text on white background). Tools-> Edit Accounts is one example where this behavior occurs. I looked at the Colors options under Preferences, but don't see anything that would help here. Any ideas?
Thank you.

    Hi

Moneydance picks up some of the colours for the display from the colours that you have set for your windows XP theme. To check your windows theme right click on your regular windows desktop and select "Properties". From the popup window click the "Theme tab". If the theme is not set to "Windows XP" try changing it to "Windows XP" and let me know if that helps.

I checked my theme. It was already set to Windows XP. Just to make
sure, I reset to XP and then tried Windows Classic as well. Neither
    changed this behavior.

    Other ideas? Thanks.

Can you take a screen shot so I can see exactly what you are referring to. To take a screenshot on XP press the print screen key on your keyboard and then open the "Paint" program in the paint program select Edit->Paste. You can then save the file and attach it to this discussion.

    Hi

Run Moneydance and select File->Preferences->General and ensure that the "Look and Feel" option is set to "Windows".
