Create a New 2014 style Budget or use an old 2012 style
Budget.
In the Side Bar click the Budget Name with a single Click and
either the old style or new style Budget Edit Window Opens.
However, if you double click the name in the sidebar an Empty extra
page opens.
If you are in an account that you have accessed from the
sidebar, and you single click budget all is fine.
However if you double click budget then you remain in that same
account, and the empty window opens - you do not get to edit your
budget.
