Setting up online access for savings with US Bank

I am getting the following error when I try to connect to either of two savings account I have.

Bank Name: U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect

The error code reported by the server was: 2003
ACCOUNT NOT FOUND

Notes:
I have two checking accounts that work fine.
The two savings account work fine in Quicken for Windows.
All accounts are registered with US Bank with the same login information.
I have the latest build of Moneydance 2010r3 (751)
I have tried disabling the account and then selecting U.S. Bank - PFM Direct Connect again, no worky
I have closed Moneydance and opened it, re-setup the account, no worky
I have tried the Python script suggested to clear all accounts, but it returned errors. Nothing cleared.

    Post, number 16 from zcargo mentions needing separate login info for direct connect and web connect.

    I saw that thread.
    I got it fixed though...
    Issue turned out to be what Customer ID MD was saving. By deleting all passwords and then redoing the two savings accounts I was able to correct that.
