How do I delete overdue reminders
I have overdue reminders from October, 2013 to present. There are about 50 of them. How do I delete them and start fresh?

You can either click on the overdue reminder in the reminders section of the home page and in the popup window click "Skip transaction". That will delete just that one reminder.
Since you have so many it is probably best to delete the reminder that created them. Select from the menu bar Tools->Reminders... select the reminder in the list on the right and click the "Delete Reminder" button.
