Can't download from PNC credit card
I have a PNC points card that shows up under quicken direct connect. In moneydance, I set up online banking with PNC Bank, but download transactions is grayed out for the credit card. My PNC checking account works fine--i.e can download my transactions. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, while PNC bank supports direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank, PNC credit card services does not. The best way to get your transactions into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QIF, QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance. If your bank begins to support direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with them.
Quicken and Money support two methods of accessing your accounts: direct connect and web connect. With web connect, they basically connect to your bank's website and download and import OFX, QFX, QIF, and OFC files. Direct connect actually connects to a server at your bank instead of their website and usually requires different login credentials than you would use to log into your banks website. Moneydance only supports automatic connections through direct connect and not web connect. From the user's perspective these look basically identical from within Quicken and MS Money.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to help you set up this connection, but please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
