Java exception on adding third party extensions also occurs in OS 10.4
I am apparently suffering from the same Java error that numerous users reported in April this year. When I try to add the forecaster extension from file I get the error
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException
: null owner window
I am running OS 10.4.11, Firefox 3.6.8, Java 1.5.0_19 and Moneydance 2010r3 (751). I understand that the patched version that Angie updated to the other thread fixed the problem for OS 10.5 users. I wanted to let you know that the problem is also affecting those of us still happily using 10.4, in case this is something you can fix without too much additional effort.

We believe that this issue has been fixed in the (stable but not yet widely released) beta build 752. Would you try downloading it from here and letting me know if that helps with the issue?
