Can't login to TRAC

I want to vote for the stock options tracking ticket... but can't register.
Looks like a problem with TRAC?

Trac detected an internal error:

TemplateNotFound: Template "register.html" not found

There was an internal error in Trac. It is recommended that you inform your local Trac administrator and give him all the information he needs to reproduce the issue.

   Hi sean,
   I'm pretty sure that the TRAC system was decommissioned. The new voting system requires you to just post to the issue being discussed here on these forums.

   Kevin is correct that we have decommissioned the Trac system in favor of one which is integrated with our systems. If you would let me know the number or title of the ticket you would like to vote for I will register your vote.
