I've done an initial import into a loan account from iBank. I cannot edit the items, nor can I import more data from QIF files. What is wrong?

    Brett,

My apologies for the lateness of this response. I would first suggest trying to work with a backup of your Moneydance file and try the import again. Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue, and we can look into other options.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.

    Hi Angie,
That's not really on option this far on. I've made plenty of changes since
then. What are the other options? Is this a known bug?

Brett, I had this same problem.

1 - I created a new loan account with the terms, etc.
2 - Then I selected all the transactions from the "frozen" account and batch-moved them over to the new one.
3 - I deleted the old account and renamed the new one.

    Good luck!

    Brett,

Mike has the idea, please try creating the new account. If that doesn't work, please let me know and we can continue to trouble-shoot the problem.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
