downloading zip file
Hello, I am trying to download the program and once the zip file processes I am left with an empty download box. I have an Apple with OSX 10.5.7 and am using the Safari browser. Thanks, Bob

Hi Bob
What is the location you have set in firefox for downloading files? You should find the zip file there. While running firefox Select Edit->Preferences. Click on the Main tab and you should see a option that says "Save Files To" I think the default is to the desktop but this might vary from depending on the version of firefox and any changes the user might have made.
