Double Click Behavior Inconsistent
This is a very inconvenient problem:
If I double click on a transaction, it opens the transaction for editing, and selects the field over which you double clicked.
However, if the transaction is one or two transactions from the bottom of the window it does not select the field. Instead, it scrolls the transaction up, opens it for editing, but does not select a field.
Please select the field even if you have to scroll it up first.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac
