General Reminder doesn't appear until page is redrawn.
Click Reminders on the sidebar
Click "+" on the reminders page
Choose New General Reminder
Click OK
The reminder does not appear on the menu. If you go to another month and return, it will appear.

Thanks for the catch. I've ticketed it.
BTW, thanks for all your reports. They've generally been very helpful. We're a small crew so it might take us a little bit to get to everything, but it's great to have them all tagged in our system so we don't forget about them. :-)
