Hi SKPnSF
Were you able to establish a connection to B of A Calif. before?
It may just be a server glitch.

Thank you for your prompt reply. We have several accounts at BofA with
differing login IDs. We get this error on all Ids when attempting to
download only the credit card transactions. The other accounts download
fine. We have tried deleting the accounts and setting them up again. When
we setup the online portion, it pulls the correct credit card information,
its just when we then try to download the transactions that we receive the
errors.

Unfortunately, BoA has been having a lot of random problems with their OFX server the last few weeks. This sounds like it might be more of the same. You may want to call them up and ask them about that specific error message. They should be able to give you an idea of what the problem is and when they expect to have it fixed.
If they insist that everything is fine on there end, let me know, and I'll see what we can do to troubleshoot the problem.
Sorry for the trouble.

It appears the problem has been fixed as we are no longer receiving an
error. We do, however, have a question about an option in the program
itself. There is an option in the Homepage preferences for an item called
"shortcuts". We have been unable to figure out what that option adds to
the Homepage.

Hi KKALnSF,
'Memorized' graphs and/or reports, are displayed on the Home Page when the 'Shortcuts' option is added.

KKALnSF,
Kevin's correct as to the function of the "Shortcuts" option. I'm glad the Bank of America connection is working smoothly again, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

I'm sorry. Is still don't see how that is possible. We have several
reports and graphs that show up in the Sidebar, none of which show up on
the Homepage as a shortcut.

Hi KKALnSF,
The reports & graphs that you reference in the side bar, are they 'Memorized' reports & graphs?

KKALnSF,
As Kevin is alluding, it is only 'memorized' reports and graphs that will appear as shortcuts on your home page (rather than the report categories themselves). So if you want to have a report be accessible via shortcut, just memorize it and then that will be available to you.
