downloading bank account
I bank with chase but when I try to download my banking info i
get the following error, "There was an error communicating with
your financial institution. The details of this error are
below.
The error code reported by the server was: 2000
The user cannot signon because of invalid user ID or password, or
host is unavailable.:
I checked my user ID and Password numerous times, that's not it.
Any ideas?

Paul,
Have you connected with Chase previously using Direct Connect? You may first need to have a Chase representative enable your account for Direct Connect. When you contact them, be sure to explain that you want your account enabled for Direct Connect "as if" you were using Quicken for Windows. Your representative will not have heard of Moneydance but we use the same protocols as Quicken and asking to have your account enabled in this way is the least likely to cause confusion.
