My computer crashed, so now I have to rebuild my Moneydance. I had everything backed up, but now I can't find the historical data to import. In addition, I lost my key. Help??? Thanks!

Hi Joseph,
I would suggest searching your computer for the following types of files and folders:
.moneydance .moneydancearchive .mdinternal
and seeing if you can find your backups that way.
Regarding your key, did you purchase Moneydance from us, from the Mac App Store, or from Amazon.com? If you purchased Moneydance from us, can you send us the full name, billing address, and email address that you used to purchase your license key? I should be able to find you in our database with that information.
