If I try to login to help from help.infitekind.com I have no problem but if I try to login from moneydance.com/help it doesn't recognise me. Are these not functionally the same site? Why would one know who I am am but not the other?

Hello
This is indeed a mystery. They are both functionally exactly the same site. If I log into help.infitekind.com and then browse to moneydance.com/help I remain loged in. Do you get an error message? if so what is it? Is it possible that you have your browser incorrectly remembering your password on the moneydance.com/help site?
Sincerely
Ben Spencer

OK, here is a a short but hopefully interesting chronology.
(BTW this is on IE 8.0.6001.18702) I don't have my browser remember my password.
This doesn't make any sense to me but I'll bet it has something to do with IE8.

The only difference between help.infinitekind.com and moneydance.com/help is that in moneydane.com/help help.infinitekind.com is embedded in a frame. I could imagine that IE8 has some new security feature that prevents loging into sites that are contained in frames. Currently you are the only person to report this problem. You can do everything you need to do with help.infinitekind.com. If others start reporting the problem I'll remove the frame.
