Loan payments not showing up in Loan Account
Hi. I have my mortgage set up as a loan. My payments are made from my savings account but in my loan account, it is missing two of my payments from October and November but has December and January? I had to go back and reopen the transaction in my savings account and re-choose the category of my mortgage loan for it to populate in my loan account.

I haven't heard of this issue before, I wonder if the category somehow managed to get set as something which is similar to the loan account's name, but not actually the loan account. Regardless, I'm glad you figured out the solution and do let me know if you experience anything like this in the future. If you do, it would be helpful for us to get at least screenshots of the transactions(s) and your account hierarchy, and ideally a copy of your data file before you make the change, so we can better diagnose the issue.
