impossible to sync.....

    I would be glad to help you with your problem, could you please tell me a little more about what is going on for you.
    If it helps any I will pass on this post from another one of the support staff:
    The first thing I would suggest is what I do to make my iPod touch sync. It's what I have to do every time I sync, but it works flawlessly when I follow this routine.

    1. Open the Moneydance desktop program
    2. Open the Moneydance app on your device
    3. Close the Moneydance app on your device
    4. Open the Moneydance app on your device and wait for about 30 seconds
    5. Voila! The sync occurs!

    I am not certain why this works, and we are working on a new syncing method which we expect will be much simpler and more consistent. Please let me know if this makes the sync work for you, if not we'll move on to the other troubleshooting possibilities.
