Can you please help something is wrong with my online bill pay. Please open the attached file showing what payments were processed in November.
Reconciling my account the following processed without a check number
NW Natural 11/12
Verizon wireless 11/20
Frontier 11/23
The following did not clear my bank
Ditech 11/13
AAA 11/15 160.00
Providence health 63.35
These cleared as normal
AAA 11/15 173.00 cleared 5097
City of Troutdale Cleared 5100
PNC Cleared 5101
Can someone please call me

I received a letter from US bank in regards to the AAA payment for 160.00 stating an invalid account number. But the other Payment to the same company for 173.00 went through

Hi Joy,
Can I ask you to clarify for me - Am I correct to believe that the issue you are experiencing, is that the transactions have not cleared in your bank, yet show as processed within Moneydance?
