Prints very slowly

I've noticed that when I go to print a report in MD, it takes a very very very long time for the print dialog box to appear, like 3 or 4 minutes. It doesn't seem to be hung (no beach ball) but I can't do anything else with it until the print operation finally resolves itself. Same thing with choosing to Preview it. (That's what I'm waiting on right now, as I write this.)

Any help = greatly appreciated.
