Switching from Quicken to Moneydance

Would it help to transfer old quicken data to moneydance for windows , and then from monedance for windows to Mac moneydance. I am having problems transferring data directly from quicken windows to moneydance mac.

    It doesn't make any difference if you transfer from Quicken Windows to Moneydance Windows or Moneydance Mac. Moneydance windows and Moneydance mac are essentially identical programs.

    What specifically are you having trouble with? Have you tried following the instructions here:
