Lower case sort problem on transaction description field

Sorting by the description field is something users often need to do for finding transactions, etc. However, MD does not sort the way one would expect-- all lower case sorts to the bottom, so if you don't know that the original transaction description wasn't capitalized, you won't likely find it unless you know to scroll all the way to the bottom.

The sort needs to be case-insensitive.
