I have a few credit cards account with Citi Cards. I go to the account, click on the online drop down, and click on set up online banking. I am greeted with the Online Banking Signup window. I click New Connection, locate Citi Cards and click OK. It takes me back to the Online Banking Signup window, but Citi Cards is NOT added to the drop down list of Financial Institutions.

I read in here somewhere that this was fixed in the latest version 641 so I changed my Updater preferences to download all versions and downloaded and installed it. The same problem still exists. I am running on Windows XP, so I gave it a try on Ubuntu Linux. Same problem.

I do not get an error message. I am just politely returned to the Online Banking SIgnup window with no new connection. I have added a few other credit card institiutoins and they all worked fine.

Thanks,
Jack

I might have found the reason for this one. It seems that my ATT Universal Credit Card is processed by Citi Cards. I tried using ATT Universal Credit Card as the financial institution when setting up one of my CitiCards. It worked. I have a different login and password and when I entered them, it located the account and downloaded the correct transactions. I then tried the same with another CitiCard (using ATT Universal as the financial institution) and it worked as well.

I know that CitiCards has been making changes lately and there were several times where I had problems in the recent past downloading transactions to MS Money. I am hoping that this continues to work for a while.
