online banking

I can't access my online banking any more.I get an error message about a communication or parsing error:Java.io.IOException: unexpected end of message while reading header.
I recently installed OpenDNS and set a network. Not sure whether this is related.

   I was using 2008r3,but I just installed r4 and retried;got same message about reading headers
