won't open on a mac

Just bought a mac and downloaded moneydance off app store. Thing opened once and now all I get is the banner that says moneydance. How do I get my money back for this pos

   Hi Paul,

   Can you send us your errlog.txt file? Your errlog.txt file should give me an idea of why you're unable to launch the application. If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:

   Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

   or:

   Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

   If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and type in:

   ~/Library

   This should pull up your local Library folder.

   I got it back but all my data balances is screwed up when I transferred. I
   want to cancel this. Its aweful

   Hi Paul,

   Apple requires that you go through the Mac App Store's refund process to receive money back from purchases made through that service. Unfortunately, we cannot authorize the refund for App Store purchases on our end; you will have to go through their process on their site at http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/
