Trial to bought version

Hello,

I spent time setting up new accounts and tags. I realized I wanted to buy the "free trial:. When I bought it, all the data i entered in the trail was lost. How can I retreive it? It is so a total lost of time for me to reenter all the infom.

   Inputting the License Key should not make you lose all of your data.

   Do a file search for .md . You should be able to find a file that ends in .md, that is if you did a "save" or, better yet, a "save as" before quitting Moneydance for the first time.

   Carol,

   James is correct in the best way to find your data file. Entering your license key will not affect your data, only "unlock" the trial version limitations. A spotlight search should help you find your data file, and once the connection between the program and the file is re-created Moneydance should automatically open your data file the next time you use the program.
