typing at start of description clears it

When I edit a transaction and need to type at the beginning of the description (for example to add the word VOID), I open the txn, click in the Description field, hit Home, and start typing. On the second keystroke, MD invokes auto-complete and clears what is already in the Description field. This is terribly unfriendly and outright wrong: why would I go to the trouble of moving the cursor to the start of a non-empty field, rather than just typing when the full field is selected, if I want to invoke auto-complete? Auto-complete should not apply when any text is to the right of the cursor.

(I think this is an old problem but)

    Edward,
I could see how that might be quiet annoying. I've created a bug ticket for this issue. Sorry about the inconvenience.
    Sincerely,
    Jon Hoover, Moneydance Support
