Poor customer support

Anybody know what's going on with MD support? I'm a new MD user, and It's been almost two weeks over which I've posted twice here in "Questions" and emailed support directly twice trying to get some simple answers and ask about a possible bug in budgeting - I've gotten NO response from any of those - not even an acknowledgement of message received. Very frustrating.

    HI Rich,
    First off, I have no connection to MD, other than being a customer. I’m surprised that you are having problems getting answers as I’ve always had great response (even if it’s not the answer I want to hear) from tech support.
    Hopefully you’ll get your answers soon.
