"Unconfirmed" button is gone. What setting brings it back?
[Update: I figured it out, but I'll leave this item here for those who are stumped like I was. The latest version handles unconfirmed items slightly differently. There is a button, not well explained, next to "New Transaction" that toggles between two views, one with the unconfirmeds mixed in and one with them in a separate list, below the status bar - drag the status bar with the # of transactions up to see them.]
I used to have buttons for "All", "Unconfirmed", "Uncleared", "30 days", etc. above the register. Now the "Unconfirmed" button is gone (not greyed out - gone and "Uncleared" moved over).
How do I get that back? There is the blue dot next to the account and the status at the bottom says "104 Unconfirmed Transactions" but no blue dots next to transactions. Also, when I download, there are no new transactions that I can find, suggesting that the unconfirmed transactions are hidden somehow.
I could not find a preference that would turn this on and off.

The new divided register for unconfirmed transactions is mentioned in the what's new in MD2011 section of the documentation and in chapter 4:
